This Cancellation Policy applies to all digital goods, online courses, memberships, downloadable materials, recorded sessions, and related services offered by Sampurnam Ayurveda Company through sampurnam.co.in.

1. Digital Product Nature
All our products are digital downloads, online courses, and electronic access delivered immediately upon successful payment. Once delivery occurs (via email link, login credentials, download access, or platform enrollment), the service is considered fully performed and non-cancellable.

2. Cooling-Off Period (Pre-Access Only)

  • Customers may request cancellation within 15 minutes of purchase if access has not been provided.
  • We will verify no login, download, or course enrollment has occurred.
  • Payment gateway fees (2-3%) will be deducted from any approved refund.
  • After 15 minutes OR once access is delivered, no cancellations permitted.

3. No Cancellation After Access
Once you receive:

  • Login credentials
  • Course enrollment confirmation
  • Download links
  • Access to any video/audio/PDF content
  • Session recordings or materials

The transaction is complete and final. No refunds or cancellations will be processed. This aligns with Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules 2020 for digital goods where service delivery is instantaneous.

4. Live Sessions/Group Programs

  • Cancellation allowed 24 hours before scheduled start time.
  • After 24 hours or if session attended/missed, non-cancellable.
  • Missed sessions due to customer unavailability = service delivered.

5. Technical Issues (Our Fault Only)
Refunds considered only if:

  • Payment successful but zero access provided due to our technical error
  • Issue persists after 48 hours of support attempts
  • Verified by our technical team

6. Cancellation Process

  3. Include: Full name, registered email, phone, order date, payment reference
  4. Response within 24 business hours

7. Company-Initiated Cancellation
We may cancel orders due to:

  • Payment fraud suspicion
  • Technical payment failures
  • Product unavailability
  • Legal/compliance requirements

Full/partial refunds issued at our discretion minus processing fees.

8. Force Majeure
No liability for cancellations due to acts of God, government orders, internet failures, server issues beyond control, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Governing Law
Subject to Indian laws including Consumer Protection Act 2019 and E-commerce Rules 2020. Disputes under jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
